The 马赛克中心 team supports and facilitates critical learning and engagement on topics of social justice, 多样性, 股本, 和包容. We believe that ALL members of the community can and must share responsibility for creating a more just and equitable campus culture. We are key campus partners for education focused on awareness building, skill development and capacity building. Potential focal areas for workshops and trainings include:

  • Increasing awareness of cultural histories and perspectives
  • Understanding structural inequalities and oppression
  • Exposure to minoritized experiences and narratives
  • Ability to name –isms and their manifestation from an individual to societal level
  • Deconstructing systems of privilege
  • Developing skill sets for critical thinking, dialogue, and advocacy related to social justice

We are available for referrals, 磋商, and content facilitation for faculty, 工作人员, 和学生.

To request our support and/or expertise, please email us at mosaic@eurofans.net and include the date/time, location, learning outcomes, participate number, and desired length. We are committed to supporting the thriving of all students, regardless of citizenship or immigration status. One of the ways we can create a campus environment that promotes a sense of safety and belonging for undocumented students is by continuing to educate our broader community about the undocumented experience and how to be an advocate and ally.

At this time, we offer an UndocuAlly training for 工作人员 and faculty quarterly.

问题 regarding this training can be emailed to grios@eurofans.net or mosaic@eurofans.net
